Hoodia: the Best Diet Pill on the Market?
There are many different diet pills on the market, and one that is making quite a stir is the Hoodia diet pill. There has been a lot of debate as to whether Hoodia is the best diet pill on the market, and even if the pill should be on the market at all. Hoodia has not been approved by the FDA because proper research on the effects of the pill has not been done at this point so that regulation can be made over the production of the pill. This means that, as opposed to diet pills that have been approved by the FDA, the Hoodia weight loss diet pill may not be as effective as its makers claim it is, as well as possibly having impurities in the product, such as toxic metals and other drugs. Until the FDA approves it, the Hoodia diet pill will continue to be produced in other countries where the regulations are not as stringent and can possibly cause harm to individual users.
Choosing a Diet Pill
Although the FDA has not approved it, the Hoodia diet pill could be one of the best on the market. It is made from the extract of the Hoodia plant, which means it is an organic compound which is usually best in diet pills. There is not caffeine in the pills, so the side effects associated with caffeine based pills are not felt by those who take the Hoodia as the best diet pill, such as shaking or sleeplessness. There have also not been any side effects documented of the pill at this point, unlike other pills, such as those that used ephedra.
Another reason that the Hoodia diet pill could be the best is that there are not any limitations as to the foods and beverages that can be taken with the pill. Although it is always wise to eat a healthy diet, especially when taking a weight loss pill, the diet with Hoodia does not have to take a certain form. The Hoodia diet pill works by tricking the brain into thinking it is full when in fact no food has been ingested.
There are certain people who should not take Hoodia as the best diet pill for them since they have other conditions that could be escalated by the use of the pill. Those who have a known heart condition should not take the Hoodia diet pill, nor should those who have a blood clotting condition. Women who are pregnant or nursing also should not take the Hoodia diet pill, nor should those who have anorexia, bulimia or any other eating disorder.
