If there is one thing that I have learned as a result of all of the different workouts and diet plans I’ve tried is that the more you exercise the more hungry you become. I have tried to get fit before and this is the first time in my life that a diet plan has allowed me to eat and not feel hungry, even while following an exercise program. The Fat Loss 4 Idiots plan focuses on which foods you eat together and the intervals at which they are consumed. Once I saw that I could lose weight on this plan I incorporated a fitness plan so I could jump start my weight loss even more and get into shape. The Idiot plan makes me feel fuller longer and lets me get through my exercise routines without feeling hungry an hour later.

To really succeed at this plan, you need to live by the idea that food is the fuel for your body, not the highlight of your day or an expression of your mother’s love or anything like that. Eating the right foods in the right combinations throughout the day will help keep your calorie burning engine working at peak performance. It’s a lot easier to lose fat and get fit (as well as stay fit) when your body is burning calories at its maximum level. If you incorporate a fitness program you will see even better results. I love the idea of burning calories fast even when I’m not doing any kind of exercise, and the Idiot plan allows me to do just that.

With this plan, I can eat more than 3 meals a day which helps me to feel fuller and more satisfied. When I exercise I know I’ll soon be having another meal and won’t have to starve for hours waiting for my next meal. My goal is to get fit and stay that way, and by following this plan I have found that I can definitely lose weight while feeling like I can really enjoy my food. I never feel hungry or light headed and I have plenty of energy to make it through my day and complete my workouts. By working out and eating the right combinations of foods I know I’ve got my metabolism cranking full speed ahead.
