To give you a tenet of what to shoot for, do 100 or more squats in 5 mins.  To achieve this, you pretty much need to squat non-stop the entire five mins.  So you will be respiring heavy.  If you keep away from putting in major effort into exercising, then DON’T do these. 

Anything short of full effort will be a waste of your time.
