Being strong means developing inner strength. You need to be disciplined to get through the program. So start mapping out your goals and taking the necessary steps to achieve them.

Your workout should be around four times a week performed faithfully and completely every time. Remember each workout depends on your last workout and each workout in the future depends on what you’re doing today. Hence, don’t go easy on the weights, skipping a day is not allowed and neither is cheating. A single machine is not enough for one body part, so try to use at least 3 machines. Personally, I workout two body parts everyday. So that means I’ll be doing 6 different exercises. For example that might look like 3 chest exercises and 3 back exercises in one day.

Basically, you should be using heavy weights but doing a small amount of reps. Four to six reps should be enough for that. During the last rep, don’t be disappointed if you find it hard to accomplish. You should be struggling beyond belief.
