The author, Tom Venuto, received his degree in exercise science and has held certifications as a strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer, but more importantly, Tom walks the talk. Tom is an all natural bodybuilder which means he on no account has or will take any steroids or other illegal or legal body enhancing drugs.   Tom bodybuilding career has lead him to 28 competitions and he has the body to prove it.  At one point he had 3.7% body fat so you know he can get results

This program is over three hundred pages which includes several years of research, training and sweat. Tom has researched and studied the body of body builders, figure competitors and fitness models. This guide is based on the idea of learning from the people who have actually obtained the strong lean and fit body you are striving for.

But don’t be scared by the fact that this book takes tips from body builders.  They are just the ones who have figured out this whole burn fat, build muscle thing the rest of us have been continuously struggling with.

The nutrition section progresses in stages from novice to expert. So if you’re like most people and are looking to lose a couple pounds and shed that extra body fat, then you don’t need to look past phase one. If you already have an athletic build but want to get “ripped”, with the six pack abs look –   you can use phase two and phase three of the program, where you will uncover the more sophisticated techniques that countless people have used to get ready for their first bodybuilding or figure competitions.

The foremost focus of the e-book is nutrition, because nutrition is arguably the most important key to getting lean. You could have the greatest training program in the world, but if you eat more calories than you burn, you’ll increase fat regardless of your well-designed training plan.

In this book, Tom has written in a menu template where you can pick and pick foods from a recommended list and enter them into your meal plan template creating a custom diet to your liking. If you’re having difficulty deciding, then he also has loads of sample diets as well.

The training section is just as user friendly as the diet section. It is these exact workouts that are used day after day by bodybuilders and fitness competitors all over the world.  Do you prefer to keep and tweak you own weight training program? Don’t be bothered about a thing because this programs nutrition section will work side by side any fitness program you select.

Another thing that sets this course apart from the rest is the section that covers mental training and the psychology of motivation that you will by no means read in any book. If you know what to do but can’t seem to make it happen (ie, if old dreadful habits or inconsistencies with your diet or nutrition), you’ll unearth the answer in this section on mental training.

Burn The Fat, Feed the Muscle is not a short term solution.  Your results clearly will not happen overnight.  But this as any weight loss program is going to take a little work, but it’s the one program that will get you that rock hard body you want.
