The diet completely cleans your body of all dangerous chemicals and toxins that help you gain weight. This diet normally consists of cayenne pepper, water, maple syrup and lemon juice.

    Following a calorie controlled diet, ensuring you eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit, will help you lose weight, as well as enrolling in fitness or dance class or even joining the gym and learning to weight train.
